These Terms of Service govern your use of LoanPilotAI (the "Service"), operated by Elite AI Holdings LLC, part of the Elite AI Empire network. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
LoanPilotAI provides AI-assisted mortgage eligibility screening, lender matching, and educational content about the mortgage process. Output is informational only and is not a loan offer, pre-approval, or financial/legal advice. Actual loan terms are set by the lender you work with, not by LoanPilotAI.
LoanPilotAI matches users to lending programs based on program fit; some lenders pay a flat placement fee for featured results, disclosed on the pricing page. Featured placement does not affect eligibility screening results.
The Pro plan ($9/mo) is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime; see our Refund Policy for billing and cancellation terms.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite AI Holdings LLC's total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
